“With Moen, the frequency of repairing and replacing faucets isn’t there due to the durability and quality of the product,” said Pippin. “If we do have to install new product or replace a faucet, it’s easy and can be done quickly. In the event a repair is required, our sales representative can help source a part or we can rely on the Moen-provided toolbox that’s loaded with any parts a property could potentially need.”

At the completion of each Moen and CFG project, multifamily customers receive a preloaded, no-charge toolbox that includes more than $800 of free repair parts to keep on site, allowing maintenance professionals to make a swap in a matter of seconds – saving them time and money. Additionally, Moen provides real-world and online training resources to make it easy to install and service all the products.

Moen also has one standard cartridge to fit all single-handle kitchen and bath faucets and one cartridge for all two-handle kitchen and bath faucets, reducing the need for extra supplies and decreasing the risk of installation errors.

The products help reduce labor costs with ceramic-disc cartridges that ensure all faucets stay drip-free for life. In the unlikely circumstance a cartridge needs a repair or replacement, the part can be accessed easily, allowing maintenance professionals to make a swap in a matter of seconds.
